Our Businesses
Global Markets
Global Markets provides banking products and services through Bank of America and trading and other broker dealer products and services, including research through BofA Securities. Our institutional clients are across fixed-income credit, commodity and equity businesses. Global Markets product coverage includes securities and derivative products in both the primary and secondary markets. We also work with our commercial and corporate clients to provide risk management products using interest rate, equity, credit and commodity derivatives, fixed-income and mortgage-related products.
To support our institutional investor clients globally in their investing and trading activities, the Global Markets team provides financing, securities clearing, settlement and custody services. We also work with our commercial and corporate clients to provide foreign exchange products.

Through BofA Securities, our award-winning BofA Global Research organization supports the institutional sales and trading teams and their clients. Their expertise is at the core of the value delivered to investor clients. Global Corporate and Investment Banking (GCIB), offered through Bank of America and BofA Securities, focuses on building long-term relationships with multinational corporations, financial institutions and financial sponsors, by providing advisory expertise and capitalizing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate banking, lending, treasury, risk management, debt and equity product expertise to deliver integrated financial solutions.
Global Transaction Services
Global Transaction Services (GTS) designs, delivers and services integrated credit and treasury products to clients, including large corporations, multinationals, financial institutions and governments. These include global payments, receipts and liquidity management, trade and supply chain finance, transactional foreign exchange and commercial cardservices.
GCIB Credit Asia
GCIB Credit Asia is responsible for managing the end to end credit process (due diligence, structuring, underwriting, negotiation, approval, closing and monitoring) and delivering the credit relationship for wholesale clients. GCIB Credit Asia partners with Risk to ensure we continue to maintain a strong and independent risk management function.
