Spring 2020 Conference – Santa Clara, CA– Monday, March 30

One of the many benefits available to you as an ABPM Supplier member is free exhibit space during the Supplier Celebration at the ABPM Spring Conference. To receive the space (which includes a 10’ x 10’ area with 6’ skirted table and 2 chairs), you must be registered to attend the conference.

Due to space constraints, there are fewer spaces available than there are Supplier Members, so spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Sponsors are guaranteed a space and will receive premier placement, in order of level, as part of their benefits. We encourage you to register for the conference and return this COMPLETED form as quickly as possible to ensure your company is represented at the Supplier Celebration. Your form will not be accepted unless you have at least one person from your company registered for the Spring 2020 Conference and this form is complete (TBD will not be accepted in any spaces).

An information packet including shipping information, a schematic showing the Supplier Celebration layout, and your location will be sent to you by late February. Meanwhile, if you are making travel arrangements, set-up time on the day of the Supplier Celebration will be from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm in Ballroom ABCD.

Supplier Networking time from 12:30-1:00 pm. We’ve observed that ABPM Suppliers members who partner with and support each other are even more successful. Use this time to build relationships with your fellow Supplier members.

With no exceptions, all Supplier spaces must be set up by 12:30 pm to avoid noise during the opening general session.

If you are shipping items directly to the hotel, you are bringing large items (crates, pallets etc.) or need items in addition to the skirted table and chairs (electric, AV, etc. - billed directly to you from the hotel), a hotel order form will be provided upon confirmation that you have a space. For all AV, including electricity, send the form via email to Gina Youssefpour at gyoussefpour@ by Friday, March 13th (however, the earlier the better).

Will you need the 6-foot skirted table and chairs the hotel will provide (or please note if you would like a skirted cocktail table instead of the skirted table)? Or will you bring your own set up to fit into the 10’ x 10’ taped space? Don’t forget you will need to order items like electric, AV, etc. directly from the hotel.

Supplier Celebration Game Guidelines

The Supplier Celebration Game is a great way to get briefing professionals and suppliers interacting in a productive and solution-focused activity.

The rules: Conference attendees are given a “Spot the Supplier” game card at conference check in. The card will have a map of the booths at the Supplier Celebration, 10 squares, and space for their contact information. Attendees will go to Supplier spaces and share their top three program challenges. As Suppliers, you can have a short discussion with the attendee about their challenges. Perhaps you can help solve that challenge with one of your solutions. Or maybe you know another supplier who could. Or perhaps you can connect them with another member who you know has faced the same issue in the past. As a Supplier Member, you are a resource to briefing professionals in the membership. This activity is meant to emphasize that role. After your short discussion, stamp one of the squares on their card and let them move on to the next Supplier. When all their card spaces are stamped, attendees turn the card in at a designated location and are eligible for prizes provided by those Suppliers who wish to provide something (there is no obligation to provide a prize). Prize drawings will be held at the end of the Supplier Celebration. During the drawing, we will draw names and direct the winners (who must be present to win) to the Supplier who donated that prize.
