Upgrade your Online Banking experience with Account Management from Bank of America. You'll get more control over your account plus the power to delegate controlled access to key merchant functionality and allow employees to perform day-to-day tasks. Customized access to your accounts

? Establish individual account access levels. ? Turn controlled access on or off quickly. ? Enjoy increased flexibility, such as allowing an employee to view details of one account for specific business needs

and allowing your accountant to view details of all accounts. ? Control account user activity with unique individual IDs.

An easy way to manage multiple accounts ? Manage accounts for more than one business. ? Transfers funds between different business entity accounts linked to your profile.

The flexibility of seamless QuickBooks? desktop integration ? Easy synchronization of your banking transactions with your accounting software. ? Conduct Online Banking directly within QuickBooks?.

Control the level of access for each of your Merchant Services accounts ? Grant your employees access to the Merchant Services Portal. ? Establish controlled access to the Virtual Terminal for online processing, view-only access for one or more location, or full access to one or more location. ? Employees with full access can manage permissions for other employees.

The monthly fee for Account Management is $15,* however the monthly fee is waived for merchants that are processing with the new Merchant Services solution from Bank of America, or that have a Business Advantage Relationship Banking account. To sign up:

1. Access Account Management by signing into Business Advantage 360, our Small Business Online Banking and clicking on the Business Services tab.

2. Under Account Management, click Sign Up Now. 3. Once Terms and Conditions are read, check the box to agree. 4. Click Enroll.

Disclosure: * The monthly fee for Account Management is $15. However, there is no monthly fee for Account Management for merchants that are processing

with the new Merchant Services solution from Bank of America or that have Business Advantage Relationship Banking.
