PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program

RESIDENCY SPECIFICS

Duration: 12 months

Rotations n 1 month in length n Orientation (June/July) n 7 required and 4 electives (PGY1-Baptist Medical Center-Jacksonville) or n 8 required and 3 electives (PGY1 ?Wolfson Children's Hospital)

Number of Positions: 3 for PGY1-BMCJ and 3 for PGY1 -Wolfson

Application Deadline: January 6th Completed application must be received by this date

Start Date: June 17 or June 28

Stipend: $47,840

Interview Required: Yes

Staffing n One evening per week and every third weekend n One major and two minor holidays

Qualifications/Licensure n Applicants must possess the Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from an ACPE-accredited program. nApplicants should be eligible for licensure in the state of Florida and exams taken prior to the beginning of

the residency program. n Applicants are required to participate in the ASHP Matching Program.
