Sat.Saturday: 7:30 pm you may tear downBooth spaces are assigned by the organization and cannot be reserved.It does tend to be cool in the barn so a propane heater is suggested.Checks payable to: Travis County Youth Show I have read the Vendor Terms and Conditions and will adhere to the requirements. ________________________________________ ________________ Signature Date VENDOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS The Travis County Youth Show Vendor Committee (hereinafter referred to as TCYS) agrees to permit Vendor torent a booth at the Travis County Expo Center. In consideration of the foregoing and of the promises and mutual covenants herein, the parties agree as follows:ALL FEES ARE DUE AND PAYABLE WITH THE SUBMISSION OF THIS AGREEMENT. BOOTH SIZE. There will be a 10x10 area marked with your vendor name. No subletting of booth space shall be permitted. Vendor is responsible for tables, chairs and extension cords.ELECTRICAL SERVICES. Electric is limited so be sure to request it on your form. It will be assigned to those who request it on a first come first serve basis based on payment received.BACKGROUND CHECK. TCYS reserves the right to conduct background checks on any individuals and/or Commercial Exhibitor/Attraction. If the background check results do not comply with TCYS policies and standards, then TCYS has the right to revoke the contract and any payments made to TCYS shall be forfeited. SALES TAX. All Texas sales and use taxes are the responsibility of the Vendor. The TCYS assume no liability for the collection of improper sales tax. BEVERAGES/FOOD SALES. NO beverages of any kind may be sold or distributed during the Show . Nor can outside food/drink be brought into the venue.PUBLICITY. Upon receipt of payment and registration approval, Vendor agrees to allow use of names, likenesses, and other materials as may be deemed appropriate for advertising, publicity, or marketing promotion of the TCYS without compensation. SIGNAGE. Vendor may only display its own business signs and banners within the assigned booth space. TRASH. Spaces must be free of trash, litter and other refuse at all times. CONTENT. Nothing can be sold, distributed or displayed that can be construed as unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane, or any other material that could give rise to civil or criminal liability under the law. Some items that will not be considered for sale, give away or rental include but are not limited to: weapons of any kind, lasers, high powered water guns, rubber band guns, toy guns, products made from any endangered animals, unsafe, obscene, pornographic or drug related items. CHANGE. TCYS is not responsible for providing change to Vendors. SECURITY. Vendors are responsible for the security of their own property and equipment at all times. No security personnel will be assigned specifically to Vendors. TCYS shall not be held responsible for the loss, theft or damage to any property left in the convention center at any time. There will be 24-hour grounds security throughout the TCYS Show. Each vendor is responsible for their merchandise.LIABILITY. Vendor shall indemnify and hold TCYS committee, contractors and volunteers harmless from any claim or cause of action arising out of, or in connection with the acts or omissions of Vendor under this Agreement, and shall reimburse TCYS for any costs, including but not limited to, reasonable attorney's fees incurred in defense against any such claim. CANCELLATION. Vendor understands in the event the Vendor cancels after January 1, 2015 the entire booth fee will be forfeited. REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION. Vendor agrees that, in the event this Agreement is terminated as a result of Vendor's failure to provide any required documentation, Vendor shall not be entitled to any refund but shall forfeit all amounts previously paid as liquidated damages. VENDOR SELECTION. Vendor selection is at the sole discretion of TCYS vendor committee. ................
