Notes will be provided on Power Point Handouts.Each chapter will typically have 1 quiz (50 points each), 1 test (100 points each), and 4 collected homework assignments (10 points each). Tests will include a calculator and a non-calculator section.Homework is due the beginning of the next class, or upon returning from an excused absence. It will not be accepted late.3. Grading: Grades will be calculated on a point basis. They will include tests, quizzes, some collected homework, and periodic extra credit (notebooks). Notebooks will be collected for extra credit at the end of every marking period.The final exam is given during the fourth marking period and will be primarily based on material covered during the fourth marking period, but it will include material from throughout the year.4.
