Submit the following materials by email to LateWithdraw@baylor.eduNote that these materials must be submitted in full no later than the first day of the term/semester following the term/semester for which a University Withdrawal is sought. Requests submitted beyond this deadline will not be considered.Letter. Write a letter stating your request for a Late University Withdrawal and the circumstances surrounding it. Address the letter to Dr. Sinda Vanderpool, Associate Vice-Provost for Academic Enrollment Management.Documentation. Send documentation from professionals who would endorse the extraordinary circumstances and their effect on your ability to complete the semester. 4. The Withdrawal Exception Committee will review these materials for consideration. The decision of this Committee is final. 5. The student will be notified by email regarding the decision of the committee.**A student who is approved for a Late University Withdrawal may not enroll for the upcoming full semester (i.e. Fall or Spring). STEPS TO APPLY FOR REACTIVATION FOLLOWING A LATE UNIVERSITY WITHDRAWALSubmit the following materials by email to LateWithdraw@baylor.edu. Materials must be sent no later than two weeks prior to the start of the term/semester for which reactivation is requested. Letter. Write a letter requesting permission to apply for reactivation. Address the letter to Dr. Sinda Vanderpool, Associate Vice-Provost for Academic Enrollment Management. Documentation. Include supporting documentation from professionals confirming that circumstances which necessitated the student’s late withdrawal have been addressed andthat the student has progressed sufficiently to return to academic studies. The Withdrawal Exception Committee will review these materials for consideration. The decision of the committee is final. The student will be notified by email regarding the decision of the committee.The applicant may reapply for reactivation as often as needed, as long as any reapplication is submitted at least two weeks prior to the start of the term for which reactivation is sought.
