ENFORCEMENT OF ORDERS - WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALEThere are many Supreme Court rules and other enactments that include provisions for enforcing orders. Registry staff are not legally trained and are unable to give advice about enforcement of orders.If you have decided to enforce your order by writ of seizure and sale you may attend at the registry where your proceeding is being conducted with a completed writ of seizure and sale (Civil Form 50 or Family Form F57) and a copy of the entered order you wish to enforce.
