This full-time grant-funded position will perform all duties related to the administration of training programs and workforce development projects based at the Green Jobs Academy. The successful candidate will be an independent, detail-oriented, resourceful team player with excellent verbal and writing communications skills. Must be able to work easily in MS Office products and willing to learn internal college data systems. The ability to interact with multiple partners including educational entities and community and economic development agencies in a flexible and fluid environment is desirable as well as familiarity with the "green" jobs industry, particularly energy efficiency technologies. Duties include:

Coordinate all aspects of proper delivery of programs and courses at the Green Jobs Academy Generate, monitor, and ensure accuracy of client and instructor contracts

Prepare, monitor, and ensure accuracy of course paperwork Coordinate and ensure preparation and delivery of course material On-site course set-up Coordinate logistics for special events Types of events including marketing events, workshops, training seminars,

DIRECTOR OF TESTING (#102910-61200)

Administrative Level 16 Full-time position managing and directing all centralized testing activities on the three Bucks campuses, including Placement Testing and selected course testing needs of the faculty and academic departments, the administration of national testing programs, and the provision of other testing services for members of the community outside the college. Additionally, the position assists the Institutional Research Office of the college by conducting research and analysis related to the academic success and retention of the College's students. This position requires thorough knowledge of professional testing standards and practices, familiarity with testing technologies, a basic understanding of the principles of psychometrics, strong organizational skills, and the
