By signing, I agree that: 1. All fees are due in full upon submitting items to The OC Dugout for authentication - not after they are examined. 2. All fees paid to The OC Dugout for Beckett Authentication are NON-REFUNDABLE once the item begins the authentication process. 3. Individual items larger than 500 square inches and/or 1,000 cubic inches are subject to a $10 storage & handling surcharge. Items that can be rolled, folded, or condensed to smaller dimensions are not subject to the storage fee. 4. Certification and authentication involves an individual judgement that is subjective and requires the exercise of professional opinion, which can change from time to time. Therefore, The OC Dugout and Beckett Authentication Services make no warranty or representation and shall have no liability whatsoever to the customer for the opinion rendered on any submission. Authentication fees are charged whether an item is deemed "Genuine" or "Likely Not Genuine" by a Beckett authenticator. Only in the case that the authenticator declines to give an opinion on the authenticity of the autograph(s) will a refund/credit be issued. This result is referred to as labeling the authenticity of the autograph as "inconclusive." 5. Beckett authenticators try to honor all requests for placement of authentication stickers when possible. If the requested location of the sticker is not possible or practical or if no location is specified, the authenticator will choose what they believe to be the best location for it. During the examination process, the Beckett representatives may overlook small notes regarding sticker placement, in which case they will use their best judgement regarding the sticker location. 6. Items submitted to The OC Dugout will not be available for pickup on the same day that the authenticator examines them. All items are available for pickup on any Friday or Saturday following the day that the authenticator examines them. Due to the volume of items submitted to The OC Dugout for Beckett Authentication, the Beckett Authentication team may not have time to process and examine all items submitted on a given day. The items that Beckett does not have time to examine will be processed and evaluated at The OC Dugout's following Beckett event. 7. Certain items require a full Letter of Authenticity. Even though the items will be available for pickup on any Friday or Saturday after they are authenticated, the full Letters of Authenticity

may take weeks or months to arrive - as they must be generated and sent out from Beckett's headquarters in Dallas. The Letters are processed in the order they are received, so orders from The OC Dugout must wait for previously submitted orders to be fulfilled. Once the Letters of Authenticity are finished, they are sent to The OC Dugout where the customer can pick them up or choose to have them shipped for the cost of postage. The OC Dugout will contact customers when their Letters are ready if the customer provides their contact info. 8. Items requiring encapsulation (or slabbing) must be sent to Beckett's Dallas headquarters and are processed in the order that Beckett receives them. Beckett has a backlog of encapsulation from vendors around the world, so orders from The OC Dugout are processed after encapsulation orders that are received by Beckett first. Once the items have been encapsulated, they are sent back to The OC Dugout where the customer can pick them up or choose to have them shipped for the cost of postage plus desired insurance. The OC Dugout will contact customers when their encapsulated items are ready if the customer provides their contact info. 9. In the ordinary course of its operations, Beckett Authentication (i) compiles data regarding each item submitted for authentication, including, but not limited to, data relating to the identity, production, condition and grade of the item (the "Data"); and (ii) may take, or have taken, one or more digital or other types of photographs, images or reproductions of each such item (collectively, the "Images"). In consideration for the authentication services being provided by Beckett, Customer, on behalf of itself and any third party for whom Customer may be acting, hereby authorizes Beckett (i) to compile and maintain such Data with respect to each item submitted hereunder for authentication; and (ii) to take, or cause to be taken, one or more Images of each such item, and further agrees that Beckett will be the owner of such Data and all such Images and that Beckett may use and exploit such Data and the Images for commercial and any other purposes, as Beckett in its sole discretion deems appropriate, including, but not limited to, the publication and republication or reproduction in or on any media, of such Data and Images. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Customer, on behalf of itself and any third party for whom Customer may be acting with respect to this agreement, unconditionally and irrevocably transfers, conveys and assigns to Beckett any and all current and any hereafter acquired rights, title and interests (including, without limitation, rights in copyright, patent, trade secret and trademark) that Customer or any such third party may have in or to the Data and the Images (on whatever media or in whatever form such Images may be reproduced or published). 10. Once the customer is made aware that their items and/or authentication letters are ready, they have 90 days to make arrangements to pickup their items or pay to have them shipped. After the 90 days, the customer forfeits their right to the items.
