| | |Patient assessments for adverse reaction to medication. |

| | |Administer prescribed oral and injectable medications as defined by departmental policies and procedures and follow up with |

| | |the patient per program policies and procedures to determine client response to medication and enhance medication |

| | |compliance. |

| | |Maintain correctly stocked medication inventory, ensure safety of medications/supplies, keep an accurate log of reports of |

| | |Communicate concise and appropriate information throughout assigned shift with supervisors, managers and other team members.|

| | |Record data for nursing and MAT statistical and tracking reports accurately and completely; assist with the collection of |

| | |nursing QA data. |

| | |Assure that medication order forms and medication administration forms are properly completed according to clinical record |
