Acknowledgements
Perhaps you sent a lovely card, Or sat quietly in a chair. Perhaps you sent a floral piece, If so we saw it there.
Perhaps you spoke the kindest words As any friend could say; Perhaps you were not there at all, Just thought of us that day. Whatever you did to console our hearts, We thank you so much
whatever the part. From The Family

You Meant So Much You meant so much to all of us You were special and that's no lie You brightened up the darkest day
And the cloudiest sky Your smile alone warmed hearts Your laugh was like music to hear I would give absolutely anything To have you well and standing near
Not a second pass When you're not on our minds Your love we will never forget
The hurt will ease in time Many tears I have seen and cried They have all poured out like rain
I know that you are happy now And no longer in any pain. ~Family

I might not have been The most expressive kid around
But trust me, my love For you, is profound I may not have hugged you
Every single day But I adore you in Every possible way I might have been aloof And seemed uninterested at times But I hope to clear the air With this cute little rhyme I'm glad you are the man I can proudly call daddy You have always been My hero, and always will be
