Thank you to everyone that responded to Morris County’s request for information on whether your county provides free parking for Superior Court Staff. The table below provides a summary of the results.

|Bergen |Bergen County provides free parking for Superior Court Staff and Jurors. However, the |
| |County charges visitors for parking. |
|Camden |Camden County provides free parking for Superior Court Staff at the City of Camden’s |
| |Courthouse and free parking for all employees at the County’s Probation Campus. |
|Cape May |Cape May County provides free parking for Superior Court Staff and everyone else |
| |attending Court. |
|Cumberland |Cumberland County provides free parking 1 block from the Court House, where it |
| |maintains a 75 slot parking lot. The County also provides free parking at a parking |
| |garage located within 2 blocks from the Court House where it maintains 300 slots. |
| |However, some employees choose to pay for the use of private parking that is located |
| |closer to the complex. |
|Essex |Essex County provides free parking for Superior Court Staff and employees of the County|
| |who work in the complex. |
|Gloucester |Gloucester County provides free parking for Superior Court Staff, County employees and |
| |the general public. |
|Hudson |Hudson County provides limited free parking for Superior Court Staff. |
|Mercer |Mercer County provides free parking for Superior Court Staff, but it’s limited on-site |
| |parking. The County maintains a remote lot with a shuttle that is used for jury |
| |parking, County employee parking, and State employee parking. |
|Monmouth |Monmouth County provides free parking for Superior Court Staff, County employees, and |
| |the general public. |
|Ocean |Ocean County provides free parking for Superior Court Staff on surface lots and in the |
| |County’s parking garage. However, the municipality maintains parking meters on the |
| |streets surrounding the County complex. |
|Passaic |Passaic County provides free parking for Superior Court Staff and Jurors. |
|Salem |Salem County provides free parking for Superior Court Staff. |
|Somerset |Somerset County provides free parking for Superior Court Staff one block from the Court|
| |House. The County maintains a secured parking lot directly adjacent to the Court House|
| |for judges. |
|Union |Union County provides free parking for Superior Court Staff and Jurors. |
|Warren |Warren County provides free parking for Superior Court Staff and Jurors. Parking on |
| |streets surrounding the County complex is free as well. |
