ManTech International is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner, Supervisor in Lexington Park, MD. The Human Resources Business Partner, Supervisor with Management Staff to assist in achieving group and business unit goals. This position reports to the VP, Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Job duties and Responsibilities: Partners with Management Staff to assist in achieving group and business unit goals. Acts in a consultative, subject matter expert in all areas of HR to include EEO, Benefits, Compliance, FLSA, OFCCP, ADA, and other associated regulation. Coaches management staff on all employee actions to include hiring practices, transfers, fair treatment, progressive discipline, terminations, investigations, etc.? Administers various human resources programs and procedures for their assigned employees. Assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.? Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment ? Manages employee relations issues to include: Assists in the investigation and resolution of EEO complaints, discrimination charges and other problem areas. Working knowledge of federal, state and city EEO statutes, regulations and guidelines.Measures progress toward EEO objectives? Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to improve department efficiency and services performed.? Prepares and enters data into the HRIS Systems. ? Ensures accuracy in all transactions with the corporate HRIS group, following corporate mandated standards and deadlines. Responds to quarterly internal and 3rd party driven audits around action practices and data integrity.? Keeps employees and managers informed of HR related events and programs. ? Provides guidance, training and education to managers on how to address employee relation issues to minimize thelegal risk to and work towards the best interest of the company. ? Assists in monitoring the performance of MSS Business Units. ? Performs regular site visits to increase awareness of the HR team and to build strong working relationships with on-site managers and employees. . ? Participates in administrative staff meetings, manager training, on-boarding and other associated agendas as required ? Provides 24 hour response time to management and employees ? Performs other related duties as required and assigned. Knowledge and Skill Requirements: ? Working knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration ? Effective oral and written communication skills ? Excellent interpersonal skills ? Individual should have strong technical skills including experience working on HRIS systems, preferable in PeopleSoft, ImageNow and strong MS OFFICE knowledge. ? Individual must have strong interpersonal skills. ? Strong analytical abilities and problem resolution, highly desired. ? Requires US Citizenship Education Requirements: ? Bachelor's degree required and 5 to 7 years of Human Resources experience and/or related field. ?
