Objectives of the competition
The main objectives of the competition are to promote long-distance rifle shooting, to share experience and to integrate the military and sport shooting communities. The competition aims at increasing officers' and soldiers' competence as well as at promoting long-distance shooting among civilians. During the competition the best shooter and the best shooting team will be determined.

Categories:
1. Category : Szép rifle with own ammo (only for HUN soldiers)
2. Category: Military standard, Military magnum and Military open - Soldiers,ex-soldiers, retired soldiers from HUN army or from other units.
Caliber:. 308, .300 WM, 6.5x47, 6.5x55, 6.5 creedmoor, (if each category more than 5 persons)
3. Category: Standard: 7.62 x 51 (.308), 243,.223
4. Category: Open: 6.5x55, 6.5x47, 6.5 Creedmoor and all the non-standard (open) calibers,
5. Category: Magnum: 300 Win.Mag, 338 Lapua Magnum, 300 Norma Magnum, and all the magnum calibers.
6. Category: Super Magnum:. 408, .416, .50. and all the super magnum calibers.
7. Category: Teams – Team Military, Team Open, Team Standard, Team Magnum, Team Supermagnum – 2 person team, which is designated before the challenge at the registration, and 2 soldiers from each unit.
Participation costs
Participants arrive at their own expense.
Participation fee: – 75 Eur (includes 25% VAT) per competitor, with the exception of Hungarian military units.
Registration deadline: 31.07.2019, number of participants are LIMITED!!
Participation fee should be payed with money transfer.
The participation fee includes a lunches on both day.

1. In case of withdrawal after registering and paying the fee, the participant is not entitled to reimbursement.
2. Only the registered competitors who have paid the admission fee till 07.31.2019. may participate in the competition.
3. If somebody doesn’t come, the organizer won’t give a refund!
4. This year is not possible to pay the participating fee at the shooting range!

Rules:
Dress code: for soldiers official uniform, duty rifle(if they use own rifle, they need every permittion from the police department)
For civilians official rifle with all the paperworks(will be checked).
Gatering: lunch on each days (dinner and breakfast are up to the army)
Accomodation: in tents at the shooting range or at the motel. Here is a link where you can reserve a room : hoteltop.hu (15 kms away from the shooting range).If you want to stay in tent at the shooting range on arriving day, please write it to the registration form including plate number and type of car.
Regulations:
After an oral signal the competitors take their positions and prepare for shooting.
On the „LOAD” command the competitors load and insert magazines into their weapons.
On the „START” command the competitors start shooting, according to the procedure outlined above.
On the „STOP – UNLOAD” command the competitors unload their weapons and allow the referee to check the rifle.
Each shot before the „START” signal or after the „STOP” signal will result in DQ! (disqualification).
The competitor shoots at one target only, following the procedure appropriate for the first, the second or the third stage, using always the same weapon that was previously declared. The start of the competitor in additional equipment class requires the re-registration and possession of an additional weapon corresponding to the technical requirements of the given class.
The rifle may be supported by (not attached to) any object brought on range by the competitor. It is permitted to use e.g. backpacks or containers as support. There is no weight limit!
It is permitted to use front support – bipod.
It is permitted to use rear support, both original equipment and one attached by the competitor – e.g. monopod, used in order to enhance the stability of the rifle.
Malfunction of the rifle or ammunition is the competitor's concern.
The weapon is brought onto the firing position in a weapon bag or case is not necessary.
The bolt has to be in open position!
Leaving the firing position with the weapon is allowed only after unloading the rifle, subjecting it to the referee's checking procedure. Not adhering to this rule will result in disqualification (DQ!).
The course of the competitive shooting may be recorded using audio/video equipment.
Any check-ups and repairs can be performed only in the designated SAFETY AREA.
It is forbidden to bring live, blank or dummy ammunition to the safety area. Not adhering to this rule will result in disqualification (DQ!).
Moving around the shooting range with a rifle is allowed only when the bolt is opened!
In debatable cases the final decision belongs to the main referee.
If you shoot more than 10 ammos, competitor will be DQ-d!
If you shoot your neighbour’s target, the best scores will be minused!
During the night stages if the competitor shoot before the whistle, also DQ!
During the contest there’s no possibility to re-zeroing!
Allowed:
- using spotter, spotting scope,
- shooting bags, tripod, bipod, shooting tables, bench rest, laser rangefinder,
- wind meter,
Every kind of equipment, what the shooter can take to the sector!
Forbidden:
- Ammunition: It is absolutely forbidden to use tracers, armour piercing and incendiary bullets, and any other bullets which are forbidden in sport shooting(except army units, during the Steel Challenge forbidden also)
- using thermal or nightvision scope on the night stages, laser designator too!!
- to continue the contest with disabled rifle;
- changing weapon without permittion of the organizers.
1.Day
Procedure for „0” stage(zeroing):
Distance: between 100-700 m.
Target: paper, steel
Number of shots: many what you want
Time: from registration till 10.00.

Procedure for first stage:
Target: 1 paper with 1-10 scores, 1 clay pigeon target per shooter
Distance: between 450 - 600 m .
Position: sitting
Shooting time limit: 10 min, whistle before every shots(one by one)!
Number of shots: 10
Scoring: points
Execution: first target a clay pigeon.The shooters have to shoot the pigeon first(10 points) after that they have to shoot the paper petitors have to use wood ammo boxes to prepare theirself for sitting position!
Penalties: if someone shots an other target, this stage is ZERO, and -10 points.
Procedure for second stage:
Target: 1 paper with 1-10 scores.
Distance: between 600 - 750 m .
Position: prone
Shooting time limit: 10 min.,whistle before every shots(one by one)!
Number of shots: 10
Scoring: points
Execution: the shooter has to take his weapon to the ammo box, the bipos touches the box,other parts of the body of the shooter can be everywhere, where wants to keep.
Penalties: if someone shots an other target, this stage is ZERO, and -10 points.
Procedure for third stage:
Target: 1 paper with 1-10 scores.
Distance: between 800 - 1000 m .
Position: freestyle .
Shooting time limit: 10 min.,whistle before every shots(one by one)!
Number of shots: 10
Scoring: points
Penalties: if someone shots an other target, this stage is ZERO, and -10 points.
Procedure for fourth stage:
Target: 1 paper with 1-10 scores.
Distance: between 500 - 850 m .
Position: freestyle .
Shooting time limit: 10 min .
Number of shots: 10
Scoring: points
Execution: first target a clay pigeon.The shooters have to shoot the pigeon first(10 points) after that they have to shoot the paper target.
Penalties: if someone shots an other target, this stage is ZERO, and -10 points.
Procedure for fifth stage:
Target: 1 paper with 1-10 scores.
Distance: unknown .
Position: freestyle .
Shooting time limit: 10 min .
Number of shots: 10
Scoring: points
Execution:when the squad arrives at the designated range, every participator pull a number which means the shooting stages. 3 minutes are to prepair themself and to measure the distance. Every stages have different distance!!
After 3 minutes the shooting contest begins.
Penalties: if someone shots an other target, this stage is ZERO, and -10 points.
Night stage 1.
Target: 1 papers with 1-10 scores.
Distance: between 450 - 600 m .
Position: freestyle .
Shooting time limit: 20 sec .
Number of shots: 5.
Scoring: 1 worst points are estimated.
Description:the target is blinking illuminated. Every shooter must shoot after the sign of whistle. If somebody shoot before the whistle, he/she will be DQ-d.
Penalties: if someone shots an other target, this stage is ZERO, and -10 points.
2.Day
Steel Challenge
Targets: 5 steel targets
Distance: between 450-800 m
Position: Freestyle
Shooting time: speedtimer
Number of shots: min 15
Scoring: according the rules of steel challenge
Description: 3 strings, the written number target is the finishing target. The worst string will be cancelled from the challenge
The steel challenge will be prized separately!
Awards:
Places 1-3: cups, prizes.
Places 1-5 diplomas.
