PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: DAMP MOP detergent concentrate is for the professional who appreciates ease of maintenance and ultimate floor appearance! DAMP MOP is a floor cleaner specifically formulated for maintaining high gloss floor finishes.

DAMP MOP eliminates the need to rinse. Ultimate floor appearance is best accomplished through a conscientious floor maintenance program which includes frequent mopping to remove dirt and other surface soils from flooring, particularly in highly trafficked areas.

DAMP MOP will not dull, haze, or streak floor finish. Concentrated high dilution all-purpose cleaners can be successfully used for damp mopping; however, inexperienced custodial personnel often times use too much cleaner, resulting in severe dulling of the floor finish.

DAMP MOP is, in effect, a no rinse floor cleaner. Used as directed, it leaves no dulling film, haze, or streaks to impair the original lustre of the finish. DAMP MOP completely eliminates the need to rinse as well the time and labor normally required for rinsing.

DAMP MOP cleans quickly, effortlessly and is formulated with select nonionic wetting agents. As a consequence, when used on a daily or frequent basis, dirt and other surface soils are quickly and effortlessly mopped away. Floor appearance is enhanced and the life of the finish itself is actually extended.

DAMP MOP is pleasant to use and fragranced with a light appealing lemon scent. Cleaning personnel appreciate the clean fresh smell of citrus when mixing DAMP MOP in the bucket and the subtle lemony scent throughout the damp mopping procedure.

DAMP MOP is safe to use on all resilient type floorings; such as asphalt, rubber, vinyl, terrazzo, ceramic, quarry tile, and all surfaces unharmed by water.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Some individuals may be sensitive to ingredients in this product. Before using, read product label and MSD sheet. Wet floors may be slippery. Prevent pedestrian traffic with signs or barricades.

I. The Single Bucket System: When using the single bucket system for damp mopping floors with DAMP MOP, mix DAMP MOP 3 ounces per gallon of water. Experimentation with dilutions from 1:256 to 1:20 is recommended to achieve maximum cleaning performance. 1. If floors are dirty, start damp mopping in a clean area and work towards the entrance or the dirty area. 2. Never start at the doorway or entrance unless the entire floor is somewhat clean. 3. Use clean cotton mops when using DAMP MOP for damp mopping.

II. The Double Bucket System: When using the double bucket system for damp mopping floors with DAMP MOP, mix 3 ounces of DAMP MOP per gallon of water. Experimentation with dilutions from 1:256 to 1:20 is recommended to achieve maximum cleaning performance when using DAMP MOP for floor cleaning. The first bucket is for your mopping solution, the second is used for rinsing the mop during the mopping procedure.

The mopping procedure for double bucket system is: 1. Dip mop into the DAMP MOP solution and lightly wring out mop. If the

floor is extremely dirty, damp mop a 10' x 15' area or 150 square feet. 2. Dip dirty mop into the clear water, rinse out, and wring dry. 3. Dip mop into the DAMP MOP cleaning solution, wring out, and damp mop

another 10' x 15' area. Follow steps in #1 and #2 for a clean floor using DAMP MOP and the double bucket system.

III. The Spray System: When using the Spartasprayer for cleaning floors, use a 2-quart Spartasprayer or the 2 or 3-gallon pump-up sprayers. The Spartasprayer is ideal for inclimate weather areas experiencing snow and heavy rains. When using the Spartasprayer or the spray system, the following procedure is recommended: 1. Mix 3 ounces of DAMP MOP per gallon of water. Experimentation with dilutions from 1:256 to 1:20 is recommended. 2. Spray an area 10' x 10' or 10' x 15'. 3. Using clear water in your mop bucket, pick up the DAMP MOP solution starting in the clean area first. 4. Dip mop into the clear water, rinse out, and wring dry. 5. Continue to work toward the entrance or most soiled area picking up the sprayed DAMP MOP cleaning solution. When finished, wring out the mop and hang up to dry.

IV. Cleaning Floors Using an Automatic Scrubber: When cleaning floors with an automatic scrubber, polishing pads should be used to clean highly-polished floors or experiment with scrub pads before cleaning the entire area. This will enable you to determine which pads do the best job when using DAMP MOP.

The recommended dilutions are: 1. For light cleaning, mix DAMP MOP 2 oz. per gallon of water.

Experimentation with dilutions from 1:256 to 1:20 is recommended to achieve maximum cleaning performance. 2. For heavily trafficked and soiled floors, use 3 oz. of DAMP MOP per gallon of water. Lay down the cleaning solution and pick up as you scrub.

V. Light Duty Spot Cleaning: DAMP MOP may be used for light duty cleaning on painted woodwork, tabletops, and fingerprints around light switches. Just mix 1 part DAMP MOP to 10 parts water in a trigger sprayer bottle. Spray and wipe. Experimentation with dilutions from 1:256 to 1:20 is recommended.

PACKAGING: DAMP MOP is packaged in 330-gallon reusable totes; HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) 55, 30, and 15-gallon drums; 5-gallon pails; and gallons, four per case. Label copy is available in English and Spanish. Secondary labels are also available.
