Dinner Venus & Menus

• We have a variety of venues to host your meals at. The function Coordinator will advise on the best venue depending where you have chosen your conference to be hosted. Upon confirmation of your conference you will be sent menus to choose which menu you would like to have on which day. Please note conferences under 20 people will be given the Ala Carte menu and not a buffet menu.

Terms & Conditions

o Tala Private Game Reserve- reserves the right, without notice, to release any accommodation held where the required deposits or payments have not been timeously received.

o We do not accept any cash on Tala Durban’s finest Game Reserve.

o Credit/Debit cards and bank transfers are welcome, all delegates must be informed of this.

o Beverages are charged on consumption and must be settled on departure by credit or debit card

o A provisional booking will be held for a maximum of 7 days where after we do require a 50% deposit to secure the booking.

o Full payment is to be made 30 days prior to arrival.

o The quoted rate is valid for a period of 1 months where after it will be reviewed

o Cancellations 30 – 15 days before arrival 50% cancellation fee will apply

o Cancellations 14 – 0 days before arrival 100% cancellation fee will apply

o It is strictly prohibited to bring your own beverage or food items into any conference or functions venue on the property, without prior arrangement or agreed corkage/ surcharge fee

o 10% Service charge will be added to the main bill

o All extras will be posted to the master account if not settled by individuals.
