Centre County Recycling & Refuse Authority Household Electronics Recycling Guide

Act 108 of 2010 (The Covered Device Recycling Act), bans all covered devices from landfills, however, the Centre County Recycling & Refuse Authority offers a free drop off service for residents.

Covered Devices includes desktop computers, monitors, laptops, computer peripherals and televisions.

We will accept the items listed below.

RECYCLE

The Recycling & Refuse Authority is located at 253 Transfer Road, in College Township. We are located between the Nittany Mall and SCI Rockview, off Route 26. To recycle your electronics, follow the signs to the Scales (Gate 1), and tell our Scale Operator what you have. They will direct you to the drop-off loca-

tion. We are open Monday - Saturday from 8 am - 4 pm. This is a free service for residents only.
