Plush Microfiber Wash Mitt, Drying Towel and Polishing Cloth will be available fall 2006.

1. Wash car with Duragloss Formula 901, and Duragloss Plush Microfiber or other long fiber wash mitt. Rinse mitt often to free trapped dirt. Wash roof first and work your way down the sides. Rinse well, and then dry with a cotton terry or Duragloss Plush Microfiber Drying Towel.

2. Oxidation: If your car’s finish is showing signs of oxidation, road film or is over one year old, apply Duragloss 652 Pre-polish cleaner - *section at a time, wipe on wipe off. (*Section = hood, door, roof, fender trunk) Remove formula 652 with soft cotton, or Duragloss Plush Polishing Cloth after removing Formula 652, the surface should be smooth to the touch. If not, repeat.

3. Swirls: If your car has fine swirl marks, use Duragloss 671 Swirl Mark Remover, section at a time, wipe on wipe off. Apply in a back and forth rather than circular motion. Repeat if necessary.

4. Polish: Apply a thin, even coat of Duragloss Polymer Polish 111 to the entire car. IMPORTANT! Allow formula 111 enough time to cure.

Minimum Curing time formula:

Humidity divided by temperature, times 60

Example: 60 divided by 80 = .75 x 60 = 45 minutes minimum curing time

After proper curing time, remove Formula 111 Polish with soft Cotton or Duragloss Plush Microfiber polishing cloth. Wait at least 3 hours after polishing (removing 111) before applying each additional coat.

2-3 coats recommended.

5. Additional Gloss:  (Optional) after applying 2 or 3 coats of Formula 111 polish use Duragloss 951 Aquawax, applying and removing in small sections at a time. Do not allow Aquawax to dry before removing. Wipe dry with a soft cotton or Duragloss Plush Microfiber polishing cloth. Surface should be cool for best results.

6. Maintaining the “Wet Look” Use Aquawax 951 as a quick detailer once a month after washing and drying your car.

Tip: Use Aquawax 951 on wheels after they have been cleaned, to help make future cleaning of brake dust from wheels easier.

7. Fast Clean between Car Washes: to remove light dust between car washes, use Duragloss “921 Fast clean and Shine”. This anti-static formula reduces future dust attraction, leaves a highly polished shine and increases polish durability. (Formula 921 bonds to polymer polishes, like Duragloss formula 111).

Spray on a two square foot area. Don’t allow to dry. Wipe until dry with soft cotton or Duragloss Plush Microfiber polishing cloth.

Doing these steps will insure a durable and fantastic “Wet Look” finish that is long lasting and easy to maintain, requiring far less time and effort than traditional organic wax based procedures.

Other products from Duragloss are available for metal, plastic, glass and leather care applications.
