Outdoor Sentence Building Game

You will need:

Chalk

Flat area of ground or wall

The aim of the game is to create sentences with as many of your spelling words as possible. Each correctly spelled word earns 1 point, and using a spelling word correctly earns 5 points.

Instructions

1. Number each other `Person 1' and `Person 2'.

2. Person 2 begins the sentence by writing any word in chalk on the ground or wall.

3. Person 1 follows by adding to the sentence with another word.

4. Take it in turns to complete the sentence until one player decides to end the sentence.

5. A full stop earns you 1 point, a question mark or exclamation mark earns you 3 points.

6. Once each sentence is complete, add up your points and start again, with Player 1 starting the sentence this time.
