• Facilitate annual process hazard analysis (PHA) and job hazard analysis (JHA) using process safety management for over 100 standard, laboratory, and maintenance procedures.

• Developed and implemented over 20 safety procedures for chemical demilitarization plant that included: Basic Safety, Personal Protective Equipment, LO/TO, Forklift, Fall Protection, and Confined Space Entry.

• Conducted 4 incident investigations and completed documentation for a worksite that obtained 16,000,000 man hours without a lost workday.
