1/2 cup oil

2 cups vinegar

4 Tablespoons salt (yes, it's a lot)

1 teaspoon pepper

2 teaspoons poultry seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic salt (I just use "garlic", assuming there is enough salt)

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

… the official recipe also calls for 1t of MSG. I never use it.
