ABOUT OUR CAMPUSES

Boca Raton Campus /Online Division

The Main Campus of Everglades University is located in Boca Raton, Florida, which is conveniently accessible for residents of both Palm Beach and Broward Counties. The Boca Raton Campus provides ample free parking and is easily reached by I-95, Tri-Rail, and public bus service. The University building encompasses over 37,000 square feet of air-conditioned and well-lit offices, classrooms, computer labs, a library and a student lounge. The Online Division of Everglades University is located on the second floor of the Boca Raton Main Campus.

Miami Campus

The Miami off-campus instructional site is located just off Florida's Turnpike and Kendall Drive on Mills Drive in a spacious 24,404 square-foot beautifully remodeled facility located at the Palms at Town and Country shopping district and restaurant center. The facility features student lounge areas with an outdoor patio eating area, library, administrative offices, computer lab and stadium seating classrooms with wireless technology. The Miami campus is conveniently accessible to the Miami International Airport and from both Broward County as well as Monroe County.

Orlando Campus

The Orlando Branch Campus of Everglades University is located in a spacious 28,000 square-foot building on Trafalgar Court, Maitland, Florida. The facility houses welllit offices, classrooms, a computer lab, a library, faculty lounge and a student lounge. The campus is conveniently located close to I-4, the SunRail Station via Neighborlink shuttle service, Orlando International Airport, Altamonte Mall, and Florida Hospital. The Orlando Campus is a branch of the main campus in Boca Raton, Florida.

Sarasota Campus

The Sarasota Branch Campus of Everglades University is located in a spacious three-story building just off I-75 and University Parkway in Sarasota, Florida. The university occupies approximately 36,000 square feet of space. This includes well-lit offices, classrooms, two computer labs, two student lounges and a student career center. The Sarasota Campus shares a spacious library with a relaxing study area and a large auditorium with state-of-the-industry technology with Keiser University. The campus is surrounded by a beautiful landscape of 20 plus acres bordered by Lake Osprey. The Sarasota Campus is a branch of the main campus in Boca Raton, Florida.

Tampa Campus

Our Tampa off-campus instructional site is located right off the 275 interstate and just minutes from US Highway 589, Route 60, on Kennedy Boulevard across from West Shore Plaza and 2 miles south from International Mall. The 21,000 square foot facility features classrooms designed for an ideal learning environment: 17 classrooms, 15 offices, a library, a computer lab, a bookstore and 2 student lounge areas. The new location offers a convenient option for those located in the City of Tampa as well as neighboring counties of Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and lower Polk counties.

Alternative and Renewable Energy Management

The Bachelor of Science Degree in Alternative and Renewable Energy Management enables students to explore courses in Solar Energy and Photovoltaics; Energy and the Environment; Alternative Energy Safety; Nuclear Energy; Wind Energy; Geothermal Energy; Hydroelectric Energy; and Managing an Alternative Energy Project. Emphasis is placed on communication skills, global awareness, management skills, organizational behavior, critical thinking, codes and standards, and construction and environmental regulations and requirements. As our modern-day society seeks to be more responsible with our natural resources and less dependent on unsustainable sources of energy, the need for competent professionals with an Alternative and Renewable Energy Management Degree is on the rise.

Alternative Medicine

The Bachelor of Science Degree in Alternative Medicine enables students to explore the exciting field of Alternative Medicine with courses in: Herbology and Botany; Nutrition and Aging; Traditional Chinese Medicine; Homeopathy; and Antioxidants. This degree will enable the graduate to become a well-rounded and educated professional with a broad basis for decision making in the ever-changing field of healthcare. Aviation/Aerospace

The Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in Aviation/Aerospace combines a specific aviation/ aerospace industry component with a general education foundation and can include an area of concentration.

Specific concentrations include: Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), Management, Airport Operations Management, Aviation Safety, Flight Operations, Aviation Maintenance Management and Aviation Security.

The program provides the aviation professional with an extensive academic background to complement his/ her aviation technical background whether it is in Air Traffic Control, Aviation Maintenance, Flight Operations, Dispatch Operations through verified FAA Certifications or Military Aviation Operations. The degree prepares graduates for entry into and advancement within the diverse field of aviation specific to their desires and industry needs. Graduates will be equipped to meet the challenges of the diverse and dynamic aviation industry.

Business Administration

The Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration gives students the opportunity to explore industry specific topics including International Business, Management Information Systems, Marketing Management and Research and Statistical Analysis among others. Students will learn how to think critically, make sound business decisions, and be active participants in the dynamic and ever-changing business world. Opportunities are provided to apply theories to real world problems in a supportive environment of small and personalized classes. Graduates will be qualified for managerial employment in their chosen discipline in both private and public sector organizations.
