The LeafLogix Cultivation Ops Manual will help you understand how to get the most out LeafLogix in cultivation facilities. First, the document provides a high-level review of cultivation concepts and operations cycles. Next, it will review any special considerations that should be taken into account around system administration and setup. Finally, we'll review specific operations and tools used to perform them.
Please note that some states require modifications to recommened workflows. if you have questions about how best to modify your SOPs, contact support@.

Section 03: Cultivation Overview
The Leaflogix cultivation module manages plants, harvests, and packaging for cultivation facilities. It will track the entry of clones (or seeds/seedlings) and their progression through established growth phases. Plants will begin their lifecycles in batches: the collection of plants of a particular genetic profile (more commonly known a strain) that were planted at the same time. These plant groups will be updated periodically as you move them between different growth stages and locations, before finally being harvested into harvest batches. Once harvested, the batch manager will allow you to track the weights of individual plants as well as your wet and dry harvest waste. Once your harvest batch recordkeeping is complete, you will be ready to package your weights into inventory packages.

Section 03: Cultivation: Setup Considerations
When bringing a new cultivation facility on line, there are three things that you should review:
Consider customizing your system's identifiers for Product Master SKUs, Batches, and Package ID from Maintenance > Identifiers.
Rooms in cultivation facilities come in two types: Plant Rooms, defined by the Cultivation Stage assigned to them, and Inventory Rooms, defined by turning on the Is Inventory Room flag. Note that inventory rooms are used to house Harvest Batches before packaging and to store finished packages afterwards.
Plan your Products. Typically, cultivation facilities require at least one weight-based Product Master per strain per product. The commonly include strain-specific Fresh Frozen, Trim, Flower, and like harvest byproducts. In addition, cultivation product masters can represent plants and plant additives, called nutrients. Note the flag near the base of the Product Master.

Additionally: Be sure to set up Reason Codes these will be assigned when plants need to be Retired.
Like other location types, cultivation facilities will require that you set appropiate Customer Types. Dont forget to add Labs! Remember, when adding new wholesale customers, enter their license number into the MJ State ID field.
