FoNS Practice Development Facilitator/RBCS Programme Lead – Job Description and Person Specification

The Foundation of Nursing Studies (FoNS), a registered charity, has developed an excellent reputation at the forefront of nursing across the UK. We support and work with nurses[1] and the teams they lead for the ultimate purpose of ensuring health and social care is values driven, safe, effective and caring. There is growing evidence that when nurses have the right support and are a valued part of the workforce they are better able to deliver high quality care and achieve better outcomes (Kings Fund, 2020). FoNS takes an enabling and practical approach to helping nurses make significant improvements to their practice for the benefit of those receiving care in any setting across health and social care.
