Full time ? Monday to Friday. Please note, the post holder will be required to work at all home matches and any other public events held at Kingsholm Stadium (i.e. Concerts) or from time to time other venues for Gloucester Rugby events which fall on weekends. Time in Lieu is provided for weekends worked for Home matches and other events.

THE ROLE

Gloucester Rugby, formed in 1873, are a Premiership Rugby team based at Kingsholm Stadium in the City of Gloucester.

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative CRM & Marketing Executive who is highly organised, creative and skilled in the development of marketing communications to drive the objectives of Gloucester Rugby. The successful candidate must possess solid experience and skills across the full marketing mix.

The role sits in the Marketing & Communications Team, part of the Commercial Department, who have overall responsibility for the delivery and execution of all marketing and communications for the Club.

PERSONAL PROFILE

An enthusiastic, confident, proactive and organised individual with previous marketing experience and excellent interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to provide exceptional marketing support in a busy and varied environment. Ideally able to demonstrate strong skills and experience in the use of marketing and communications tools and software including CRM systems, Photoshop, video editing, Microsoft office software and photography software.

DUTIES INCLUDE

? To manage the production of content and delivery of both the fan and corporate ezines which are distributed on a weekly basis to specific segments of the club's database

? To co-ordinate the distribution of email marketing campaigns to specific segments of the database in order to drive online sales

? To assist in the management and analysis of data in order to help drive sales of Club Memberships (Gloucester Rugby season tickets) and ticket sales

? To assist in the activation and delivery of the Club Membership and match day ticket marketing campaigns

? To monitor, administer and action the Club's general email enquiries mailbox

? To assist in the development of innovative content that can be used for storytelling purposes designed to engage with different audiences across multiple platforms

? To assist in capturing content which may include photography, videoing and interviewing

? To assist in the activation and delivery of marketing campaigns for secondary events. ? Creation of marketing literature using Photoshop ? To assist in the delivery of marketing material for internal customers of the marketing

department including developing and managing briefs with third party agencies ? To assist in distributing marketing literature to various printed media partners ? To take an active role in developing incentives to help increase ticket sales and

engage with new markets ? To take an active role in developing social media engagement with the club's fan

base to drive ticket sales and sign up to Club Membership ? To assist in the delivery of match day experiences, delivery of sponsorship activation

and provide additional support in the delivery of marketing & communication activity on match days ? To monitor, analyse and compile marketing & communication measurement reports ? To produce ticket and marketing related copy for the club website and assist in the management of SEO ? To be a proactive and cohesive member of the commercial department ? Any other task reasonably requested by the management of Gloucester Rugby ? To lead on the development and marketing of matchday experiences ? To lead on the development and marketing of the Junior Supporters Club ? To support the mission of Gloucester Rugby and demonstrate Club's values in personal behaviour and contribution to the Club's objectives (see below)

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

? Ideally degree educated within a marketing or communications discipline and/or 1-3 years' experience in a marketing or communications role

? Experience in use of CRM systems and email marketing delivery ? Experience in customer service in responding to enquiries and complaints ? Good copywriting skills and attention to detail ? Experience in use of digital and social channels ? Desirable ? past experience in sports or event marketing ? Great organisational skills and attention to detail ? Experience of developing copy for marketing, social media platforms, web and media

communications ? Experience using software packages including ? Microsoft office, WordPress, CRM

systems, Photoshop and video editing software ? Desirable - knowledge of SEO tools ? Desirable - experience with videoing and photography
