BLACK-KOTE ACRYLIC DRIVEWAY SEALER/ BK-200

DESCRIPTION: BK-200 acrylic driveway sealer is easy to apply & fast drying, specially, when compared to the coal tar based asphalt coating. No tracking. It protects the asphalt from further deterioration due to severe winter weather, rain and other destructive and undesirable substances such as oils, gasoline and lubricants. The product has been developed for those customers who are looking for durable and economical products.

TYPE: Modified acrylic base product.

GLOSS/SHEEN: 0° - 2°.

CLEAN UP: Water.

CONVERAGE: Up to 600 square feet/ 6 litres.

DRYING: To touch 1/2 - 1 hour.

To recoat - 4 hours.

% OF SOLIDS: By weight 13 ± 2.

SURFACE

PREPARATION: Surface must be clean and free from dust and dirt by washing with garden hose. Patch holes with recommended patching compound and fill cracks with crack filler BK-75, prior to applying BK-200 DRIVEWAY sealer.

APPLICATION: Roller and spray gun.

SHELF LIFE: Over one year.

ENVIRONMENTAL

INFORMATION: Free from lead and mercury hazard.

PACKAGING: 6 litres, 18.9 litres, 205 litres.

PRECAUTION: • Do not apply when surface temperature is below 10°C. ( 50°F ) and above 90% humidity;

• Avoid applying under strong direct sunlight;

• Avoid using driveway sealer if you anticipate rain the next four (4) hours after application KEEP FROM FREEZING.
