Number of ETFs, as of 11/2/21; AUM, as of 9/30/21. 2 As of 7/7/21, the JPMorgan Emerging Markets Equity Core ETF has been renamed to JPMorgan ActiveBuilders Emerging Markets Equity ETF. 3 Prior to the implementation of a new management agreement on 11/1/19, performance for some periods may have reflected the waiver of all or a portion of the Funds' advisory or

administrative fees and/or reimbursement of other expenses by the financial professional. Without these waivers or reimbursements, performance would have been lower. 4 Effective 9/14/20, the Fund was converted from a global to a predominately international strategy (previously named JPMorgan Global Bond Opportunities ETF).

5 Source: J.P. Morgan Asset Management, as of 9/30/21. 6 Source: etfexpress. For the issuer categories, the pre-selection data for the issuer shortlists was provided by Bloomberg. Candidates in all asset class categories and groupings were determined on the basis

of the following criteria: 1.All currently listed US-domiciled ETFs incepted before 6/1/20 were included in the issuer universe. 2.For each category, all of an issuer's ETFs in that specific asset class category or grouping were combined to give a total assets under management figure. 3.Within all categories, issuers with assets under management of less than USD100m were excluded (based on average AUM during the 12-month period under review). 4.Shortlist nominations were based on the percentage change in the issuers' respective assets under management in each category over a 12-month period from 6/1/20 to 5/31/21. 5.Where the universe in specific asset class categories permitted, issuers were also grouped by additional average asset size brackets such as USD100m-1bn, USD1bn-5bn, USD5bn-50bn and USD50bn+. For the service provider categories, the nominated firms are based on a widespread survey of more than 400 issuers and other key industry participants. Voting for all the eventual winners is then conducted via an exhaustive online poll of the entire ETF Express readership, which is carried out over a period of several weeks. All winners are invited to attend an exclusive ceremony and networking event on 9/23/21.
