Saint Joseph’s Creates the Largest Employed Vascular Group in Georgia with Acquisition of Preeminent Practices

Addition of High Profile Vascular Practices to Strengthen Health System’s Service Lines

Atlanta, GA (August 29, 2011)— Saint Joseph’s Heath System (SJHS) is proud to announce Georgia Vascular Clinic and The Vascular Institute of Georgia are joining Saint Joseph’s Medical Group (SJMG); the move will effectively make Saint Joseph’s home to the largest and most comprehensive employed vascular group in the state. Like Saint Joseph’s, Georgia Vascular Clinic (GVC) and the Vascular Institute of Georgia (VIG) share strong roots within metro Atlanta and northern Georgia.
