Our proposal is for an application for a Master Use Permit

(MUP) in order to design and construct two forty story

residential towers situated on a ten story mixed-use podium.

The podium will include residential parking, residential

town-house units and a five story office component. The site

fronts on 7th Avenue between Battery Street and Bell Street.

The project will house approximately 746 units, provide

approximately 181,000 SF of office space and 21,000 SF of

retail space.
