Festive Brunch at Capella Singapore

Taking centrestage is the resort's annual festive brunch where the Grand Ballroom will be transformed into a Candy Wonderland. In addition to a decadent spread of gastronomic masterpieces created by Culinary Director, Chef David Senia, diners will also be treated to entertaining activities curated for the little ones such as a magic show and gingerbread cookie decoration. Christmas dishes include Foie Gras Custard with Gingerbread Crouton and Port Wine Reduction, Christmas Gammon Ham with Salad, Caramelised Walnut, Endive and Raspberry, Capella Christmas Roasted Turkey carved ? la minute. Those with a sweet tooth can indulge in an array of desserts such as assorted Christmas cookies and Panna Cotta with Gingerbread Spice and Pineapple Preserve at the dessert gallery.
