Procedure

Phase A: Combine xanthan gum and glycerin and blend, then add to the water, agitate well. Phase B: Weigh ingredients and add to a different glass beaker. Heat both beakers to 75C/167F. Phase C: Blend in a mortar and pestle un!l free of color streaking, then add to phase B, s!r. Combine phase A to B and blend well (propeller mixer). Cool to 40C/100F. Phase D: add to the mixture at last and blend well.

Makeup that is light and creamy can be applied evenly on the whole face or just where it's needed, for all skin types. It blends well and gives good coverage with a non-oily feel.
