The iDESIGNX IMPACT AWARD is open to individuals, teams and enterprises from the corporate, education and public-service sectors worldwide, that have deployed an ‘Explainer Video’ since January 2016. Vendors may enter with, or on behalf of a client, with prior endorsement from the client, providing they have rights to materials/content and the authority to submit them.TEAM DEFINITION A ‘team’ is defined as being a group that’s come together for the specific purpose of undertaking and completing a project. The team can be from within one enterprise or can have come together from multiple enterprises.ENTRY OPTIONSYou can enter once, or multiple times, with different video projects. A separate application needs to be completed for each entry, along with payment. JUDGING & CONFIDENTIALITYJudges are remunerated for their services, to support the highest standard of adjudicating. They are explicitly trained in the awards-adjudicating processes and systems, and are selected for their professional expertise and knowledge of modern learning and capability- management practices and supporting technologies. Judges are selected through a nomination process. To be accepted for initial evaluation a person must have been nominated by three individuals from separate organisations. Self-nominations are not accepted. Nominations for potential judges need to address, in 150 words or less, the nominee’s credentials for judging, in an email to awards@ There are no vendors on the judging panel or awards management team. The quality of the ‘iDESIGNX IMPACT AWARD’ is such that you may need to include confidential information as part of your entry. The LearnX Foundation guarantees that all information supplied will be restricted to the awards management team and judges, and remain strictly confidential. Judges’ decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into post/prior judging. AWARDS SCORECARD SYSTEM The maximum score allocated per entry is 100 points.
