Menopause versus Andropause

You think that only women go through the change of life? Think again!

It is a medical fact that while women go through menopause men go through something called andropause at the same time. In men the bodily changes occur very gradually and may be accompanied by changes in attitude, mood, fatigue, loss of energy, sex drive and physical agility. Studies show that this decline in testosterone also increases the risk of other health problems like heart disease and osteoperosis.
