A. Authorized Personnel. These regulation changes are issued for all Uniformed Service Members and DoD Civilian Employees.

B. New Regulation Changes. Material new to this change is indicated by yellow highlighting and is effective IAW the date of this change unless otherwise indicated.

C. Applicable MAP and/or CAP Items and Brief of Revisions. This change includes all material and revisions written in the following MAP and/or CAP Items:

MAP/CAP 45-21(E) ? Reimbursement of Testing. Updates Table 2-24, Rule 6 to specify that charges for immunizations, inoculations, and testing may be reimbursed if not available through a federal dispensary, medical treatment facility, or if the traveler's insurance does not cover the costs. For civilian employees, GSA has determined that during permanent change of station travel, the Miscellaneous Expense Allowance (MEA) covers these expenses. Table 2-24 Rule 6 reflects this determination from GSA. Affects section 0204.
