Domestic Market Highlights The market on frozen 8-16 lb. hens and 16-24lb. toms is steady to firm with 8-12 lb. hens strongest. Demand light to moderate. Processor offerings of frozen Grade A 8- 16 lb. hens and 16-24 lb. toms very light to moderate with 8-12 lb. hens the least available. Frozen Grade A basted equivalent processor offering prices on a national basis for 8-16 lb. hens are 85.00-92.00 cents FOB and 16-24 lb. toms 85.00-92.00 cents FOB for current deliveries. No trading reported.

The market on tom breast meat and destrapped tenderloins is mostly steady with frozen tom breast meat having a steady to weak undertone. The market on white trims is steady to instances firm.
