General SummaryThe Digital Marketing Specialist will support ASO’s digital & e-commerce business by directly managing e-comm portals, identifying e-comm product opportunities, launching new items, managing digital content, and implementing best practices across private label customers and ASO owned brands. This role will sit on the Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Team, overseeing E-Commerce Sales related activities for key accounts including gross and net sales, assortment, key search terms, market share, promotional planning, ROI and performance analysis, search investments and associated KPIs and direct-to-consumer sales for the Clear Passage, Care Science, and CarePak brands.The ideal candidate is an E-Commerce expert with e-retail experience on the brand/manufacturer side and/or buying side. This person is highly analytical, well versed in E-Commerce trends and tools. They think big, multi-task, work smart, and are organized, detailed, innovative, and entrepreneurial.Essential FunctionsHands-on management of Amazon Vendor Central (1P) and Seller Central (3P) portals. Oversee day-to-day functionality and ASIN management and resolve issues that impact performance.Support the e-commerce channel & direct to consumer sales, including consumer experience, management of assortment, analytics, reporting, merchandising and growth strategy.Support private label customers with best-in-class digital content and best practicesIdentify new E-commerce product opportunities for ASO owned brandsLaunch new items on , , and other E-comm retailers and develop corresponding marketing/promotional strategies.Content management: oversee and maintain brand presence, consistency and quality across all digital channels, including imagery, copy, ratings & reviews, search, customer questions, etc.Maintain and improve digital asset management & syndication tool (Salsify) including organizing and maintaining content library and effective sharing of assets across channels.Own promotional activities including planning, launch, post-event analysis of spend and ROI.Own pricing impact, fill rates, out of stocks and coordinate with inventory management to minimize lost sales.Partner cross-functionally with digital marketing, creative, marketing, inventory management, forecasting, sales, regulatory, and other teams to provide visibility, transparency and efficiency with project work.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty / key responsibility satisfactorily.
