JOB DESCRIPTION & PERSON SPECIFICATIONJob Title: Product Marketing Co-Ordinator (Womenswear) full timeLocation: Falmouth, CornwallReporting To: Product Marketing Manager - WomenswearPrimary ObjectivesReporting to the Product Marketing Manager – Womenswear, you will work within the Product Marketing team to help deliver content plans for all Seasalt Womenswear, by channel, in line with the Marketing Plan and Seasonal Content Strategy. You will help bring product stories to life across all channels, to drive revenue, sales and customer engagement. The role will require you to work closely with counterparts in our Design, Buying, Customer Experience, Technology, Multi-Channel Retail and Merchandising teams throughout the product lifecycle, providing marketing support to take Womenswear collections to market. Main Tasks and Key Areas of WorkWork closely with the Product Marketing Manager to bring product stories to life for our customer Help develop new and innovative ways of marketing our product in our shops and stockists, and across our other customer channelsCommunicate effectively and liaise with internal teams and 3rd party suppliers to deliver creative, accurate content supporting the planned growth in sales while also balancing brand objectivesMaintain Brand ‘look & feel’ and Tone of Voice in all copyIncrease sales and customer loyalty in line with our vision and department objectivesWrite briefs that include clear product selection and copy, aligned to our brand valuesPrioritise briefs efficiently into our graphic design team, via our Operational Workflow Co-ordinator, working closely with our designers to achieve the required output, manage amends and requests for further information, manage amends and gain all relevant approvalsEnsure final approved artwork and copy is correctly prepared and shared with teams, allowing sufficient time for next stepsAttend and contribute to meeting as requiredCollaborate with counterparts in Design, Tech, Buying, Merchandising and Retail teams, reacting quickly to update artwork due to any stock, trading or product changes and assist with keeping our seasonal plans up-to-date with these changesWork closely within channel teams to develop detailed process maps and critical paths, ensuring alignment across channels and teamsWith the Product Marketing Manager, contribute to the seasonal planning and Always On activity, coming up with fresh, product focussed content ideas for all channelsProof read and ensure accuracy and consistency in all copy produced for brochures, websites, literature, lists and point of sale etc, relating to your product areaAssist in the preparation of video content/language/scripts for your productsHelp prepare the seasonal and product handover presentation to wider marketing teamHelping with the launch of new products within each market/sector by providing relevant brand/product contentStay up to date with the latest developments in retail, retail experience and online.
