Celebrating health, fitness and the joy of Christmas...

Benefits Maricopa County Animal Care & Control and Friends of Animal Care & Control

This community event for families and individuals features 12k and 6k run/walk events with Christmas Carolers at every "k" and a non-competitive 1.2k (3/4 mile) Santa "Sled Run" where families and teams will compete for prizes like the Christmas Spirit Award, Santa's Favorite Pet, and Best Decorated Entry! Spectators and participants will enjoy more Christmas caroling in the park, along with a Christmas Bazaar and Santa's Pet Village, featuring over 25 local animal rescue groups.

Christmas Bazaar

Open from 7:30 am to Noon, the Bazaar will feature Christmas items ? home-made arts & crafts, decorative items and gifts. Prospective arts & crafts vendors are asked to provide a detailed description and photos (if available) of their items. Along with Christmas items, there will be food & beverage and commercial booths for sponsors. Vendors will need to bring all their own set up ? canopy, tables, chairs, decorations. Rentals will be available, if needed. Limited electricity is available, but must be pre-arranged with event staff. This event is being marketed as a community and family event ? not exclusively for runners. It is a fun community celebration where people can get into the spirit of Christmas with carolers, family fun and shopping! The event was ranked by Runners World as one of the Top 10 Family Friendly running events in the USA. It is also one of the largest pet adoption events of the season. We hope you can join us! Fees: The fee for Arts & Crafts vendors is $95 for a 10 x 10. Taxes: All vendors require a Town of Gilbert Business and Transient Tax License. Exhibitors not selling any items are exempt. I agree that if I should cancel and wish to withdraw my entry less than 90 business days prior to the event, my fee will not be refunded. No refunds will be given due to unfortunate weather conditions.

I understand that all vendor set-ups must meet the Town of Gilbert Fire Code. I also understand that I am responsible for the Town of Gilbert's Business License and Transient Sales Tax, which must be arranged directly with the Town of Gilbert at least 14 days prior to the event. I also understand that I will not be allowed to set up and my fee will not be refunded if I fail to meet these requirements.

If required, I agree to obtain and maintain in full force and effect throughout the duration of the event liability insurance coverage reasonably acceptable to Fieldworks Events & Marketing and the Town of Gilbert. Both FieldWorks Events & Marketing Inc and the Town of Gilbert shall be named as additionally insured. A certificate reflecting such insurance coverage will be provided upon request.

Furthermore, I understand that Event Staff reserves the right to move vendors from location site on map and that when setting up all vehicles must be removed from the event area by 7 a.m. on December 9th.
