How do you know the di erence between similar quality levels, such as Semi-Custom and Custom? MSB knows that identifying the quality level of a bathroom can be di cult, so we have created a Guide to help RCT users better understand the di erences between the 6 di erent quality levels of bathrooms: Basic, Builders Grade, Semi-Custom, Custom, Designer, and Luxury.

MSB's Bathroom Quality Guide allows the user to estimate a bathroom's quality level by using three characteristics: Cabinetry, Countertops and Features.

CABINETRY

Stock cabinets, solid wood overlay doors and drawer fronts, standard or economy hinges. Generic hardware. Standard woods and nish. Standard ready made sizes. MDF or melamine cabinet boxes.

Semi-custom cabinets, solid wood doors and drawer fronts, Euro hinges. Can be RTA (ready to assemble). MDF or melamine cabinet boxes with custom design layout. Standard woods with several nishes.

Custom cabinets, solid wood doors and drawer fronts, Euro (hidden) hinges. Veneer ply cabinet boxes with custom design layout. Exotic woods, high quality specialty hardware. Multi-.wood design combinations.
