It’s Raining Cats & Dogs Luxury Pet ResortGuest Waiver Form & Contract Initial Boarding Rates are calculated like a hotel. You are charged for the day that you check your pet in regardless of the time you arrive. Check out time is 10:00am. After 10:00am you are charged for another day. Please understand that our day begins before 6:30am and your pet is played with, pottied, fed, loved, included in doggie daycare, and their suite has been utilized for a good part of the day once midday arrives. Initial_______ While making a reservation, please schedule your pet's stay carefully. We are a small facility so we do fill up quickly and often turn people away when our suites are spoken for. Therefore, once your pet arrives for their stay, you will be charged for the complete reservation whether you return early or utilize the reservation in its entirety. Changing days prior to the arrival date is acceptable as long as it is withing the 72-hour cancellation time frame or your vacation is longer than 72 hours. Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance or the amount of your pet's stay will be charged to the credit card on file. We try to accommodate as much as possible within reason. Initial________ It's Raining Cats & Dogs is a 24-hour overnight boarding/doggie daycare/grooming/training facility. The Public hours are Monday-Friday 6:30am-6:00pm, Saturday 8:00am-4:00pm, and Sunday 8:00am-10:00am & 3:00pm-5:00pm. Late pick up or drop offs will incur a fee of $10.00/every 5 minutes. Please understand that our time is valuable and our staff often has other jobs or school commitments to attend to after hours. Initial_______ It's Raining Cats & Dogs requires a credit card number at the time a reservation is made. A $50.00 non-refundable deposit will be charged for ALL reservation confirmations and will be put toward the balance at the end of your pet’s stay. FYI, we are able to give you a good idea of what your stay may cost prior to departure but total costs are calculated at the time of pick up and may include incidentals such as nail trims, unforeseen grooming needs, treat add-ons, etc. A credit card or blank check can be held on file but will not be charged up front until the pet checks out as to include any incidentals. Credit cards on file, credit card pre-authorizations, or additional deposits may also be requested for lengthy stays Initial ________Please remember our pets are animals and when away from home they can be stressed or act out and may be destructive. It's Raining Cats & Dogs Cannot guarantee that your pet's belongings will be returned to you intact or at all at the end of your stay. We will, of course, do our very best, but we urge you to not leave ANY valuable or irreplaceable personal items. We DO NOT allow any outside bedding for sanitary purposes. Only raised or slow feeder bowls will be allowed from home. We do, however, supply beds and blankets for your pet that can be laundered when soiled, and stainless-steel bowls that can be disinfected daily so please leave those items at home. Initial________ Your pet may get a bath while at our facility. Please be advised, for the safety of your pet and our staff, during the bathing/grooming process, tethering of your pet or the placement of a muzzle may be necessary. Initial _______All photos taken of your pet while at the facility are the property of It's Raining Cats & Dogs, and may be used in promotional material, including but not limited to print, video, social media, and internet. By signing this contract, I am stating that my pet is free of all contagious diseases and is to the best of my knowledge, in good health. I agree to provide updated required vaccinations and pertinent testing for my pet when requested. I authorize It’s Raining Cats & Dogs Luxury Pet Resort to request, and use for the purposes to conduct business and care for my pet, any and all necessary medical records pertaining to my pet’s health and maintenance, including but not limited to: vaccinations, test results, examination records, diagnostic testing, etc. I am aware that canine kennel cough can be contracted anytime a dog comes in contact with another dog. The vaccine does not immunize all dogs against all strains of canine kennel cough. It's Raining Cats & Dogs Luxury Pet Resort, it’s owners, and its staff will in no way be held liable for any strain of canine cough that a dog may contract while boarding. It's Raining Cats & Dogs encourages the socialization of our guests, however, there are inherent risks associated with dogs playing together. If, during boarding, grooming, or doggie daycare, medical treatment It’s Raining Cats & Dogs Luxury Pet Resort will attempt to contact you first, however, there may be circumstances which the owner is unable to be contacted. In the event that your pet requires immediate veterinary care, we will secure the necessary care. The owner is responsible for all charges incurred. It's Raining Cats & Dogs, it’s owners, or its staff will NOT be liable for illness, damage caused by illness or disease, organ failure, jumping or scaling fences, unavoidable or unforeseen causes including bite wounds or injury, or even death. In the case of a deceased animal, It's Raining Cats & Dogs will attempt to contact the owner and the animal will be transported to a veterinarian for hold. All boarding charges are due when you pick up your pet(s). If pet(s)are not collected within 10 days after the said return date, the said pet may be sold or disposed of at It's Raining Cats & Dogs discretion. Notice of sale or disposal will be given by certified mail to the owner's last known address, according to our records, at least 10 days prior to such action being taken. No further notice will be given. The customer hereby, acknowledges and agrees that any account that becomes delinquent will be subject to a collections service. Customer agrees to pay all court costs and reasonable attorney fees for collection of all past due amounts owed, plus interest of 18% per annum on all such amount outstanding. I understand and do agree to the above terms and policies for the boarding, grooming, and maintenance of my pet(s) and inconsideration of the services of It's Raining Cats & Dogs , agree to hold harmless , acquit, will indemnify and forever discharge the corporation from all, and in all manner of action and actions, suits, damages, judgments, executions, claims, and demands whatsoever, in law or in equity from damage, loss or claims arising from any known or unknown pre-existing condition of my pet(s). The terms, special services or handling shall include but are not limited to veterinarian services in the event I am not available. I authorize It’s Raining Cats & Dogs Luxury Pet Resort, it’s owners, or its staff to act as my agent in the event emergency veterinarian services, care- taking and/or transportation is necessary and I agree to pay all costs. Loss or claim shall include, but not be limited to death, injury, or shock. Said pre-existing conditions shall include, but not be limited to illness, previous injury, skin or coat conditions, bone or tooth disorders, eye disorders, heart or organ disorders, or medical conditions not listed, advanced age or nervousness.I have read this contract and I agree to all its terms. I understand that this contract is legally binding for any or all pet(s) being boarded, groomed, attending doggie daycare, or visiting Its Raining Cats & Dogs Luxury Pet Resort now, and in the future. Additional fees for such service will be incurred in addition to a facility cleaning charge.
