With use of a concordance and several different translations of the Bible you can dig into the Word of God, and, with the Holy Spirit’s aid, search out the deeper truths in the Scriptures. ?????????????2 August 2014On 2 August members of our Bible Study/Fellowship group met at the home of Harry and Myrna Austen in Cookstown to meet Raphael Paz’s mother, Olga Asca?o Bonghi, and stepfather, John Bonghi, who were visiting Canada. The children swam in the pool and we sat around it discussing our lives in the Truth and the Scriptures. We finished the afternoon off with a BBQ dinner. A very blessed time was had by all.Olga, Raphael and Aurora were formerly members of one of Santiago Chua’s Acts 28:28 study groups. Olga and John live in Las Vegas where the Paz family recently held their reunion. Raphael and Aurora live in Mississauga.10 August 2014Our Bible Study/Fellowship Group meeting on Sunday, August 10, was held in Kitchener at the home of Stefan’s brother Paul Janhunen. Paul and Stefan’s father Eric also attended. We held the study on the deck in the shade of a maple tree whilst some of the children splashed and swam in the pool. BBQ supper followed: hamburgers and sausages on buns, with a selection of salads and desserts.
