The I discovered that they pick-and-choose the files they want to back up, and don’t even warn you that certain files in folders you’ve selected for backup won’t be backed-up. As a result, I lost my entire Sunbird calendar (everything I’m scheduled to do for the next two years, which will cost my thousands of dollars). ................
