Deposit amount will vary based on length of stay and will be released if no charges are made to the room (timing of release varies). WARNING: If a debit card is used for the incidental deposit, it will have a longer time of release than a credit card. Single/Double/Triple/Quad $123.00 Suites (Subject to availability and the Year 2019 Prevailing Rates) All rates are subject daily to 13% State/Local City Room Tax. Rates are also subject currently to a Tourism District Fee of 2.00% of each room rate, per room, per night. Reservations must be secured with a valid credit card. Credit cards will not be charged for the first night guarantee at the time of reservation, but will be charged if the reservation is not cancelled up to 72 hours in advance of arrival date. Due to the lengthy reversal time for debit cards, we strongly encourage the use of credit cards for all transactions. Holds on a debit card may take an upwards of 30-days to be released depending upon your banking institution. monitored to ensure that individual attendees do not reserve more than two reservations by providing variations of the same name. Each guestroom must have at least one registered guest twenty-one years of age or older. All cancellations and date changes must be received 72 hours prior to arrival date. Failure to do so will result in a charge of one night's room and tax. The daily parking fee per stay is $16.10 plus tax for self-parking or $31.00 for valet parking for all overnight guests, however, is subject to change. Hotel Reservation Cutoff Date: Tuesday, 2 July 2019 Hotel is handicap accessible and only service animals are allowed. Hotel has a smoke-free policy. Hotel does not provide shuttle service.
