You will need: Access to the internet; Mouse puppet, tambourine, magnifying glasses, paper, ink, chalk, old birthday cards and invitations, templates, paints, scissors, stapler, crayons, felt tips.
Session 2
Provided: Information sheets covering: Happy Birthday songs from around the world; Blank Birthday invitations & Making Play Dough Birthday cakes.
You will need: Access to the internet; Prepare a mystery present with a question mark image; inside place a balloon, card, invitation and a candle. Bag of balloons, party hats, plastic cups, plates, cutlery; Plastic play food & plastic cake, candles. Play dough resource. World & UK maps; Games, jigsaws and puzzles; Tracing paper & pencils; Small world houses, buildings & people.
Session 3
Provided: Information sheet on Birthday Problems.
You will need: Access to the internet; You will need a selection of objects, e.g. football, teddy, car or a bag; Different sized pieces of wrapping paper measured to fit an object; Sellotape; Driver´s cap; Pieces of scrap paper to use as tickets.
Session 4
Provided: Information sheets covering: Ideas for decorations & Letter to parents/carers.
You will need: Access to the internet; Paper, felt tips, pencils, whiteboard and pens; Cake ingredients, materials & access to an oven.
