Kreationz Cheer and Dance offers a range of dance theme parties for both girls and boys. Our parties are all about having fun, lots of giggles and making the birthday a special one to remember. Parties are for both girls and boys from 4 to 14 years of age to enjoy!

THEMES Pick a theme of your choice including Fairies, Princesses, Ballerinas, Cheerleading, Rockstarz or Superheroes. If you have another theme in mind, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request!

OPTION 1: Venue Parties ? you come to us! Available at the Ferntree Gully Studio only.

Venue Parties are for a two hour period which includes 15 minutes for guests to arrive, one hour of dancing and games, 30 minutes for food and cake and 15 minutes for pack up. Overtime is at $18.00 per half hour.

Kitchen hire is included in the fee (small fridge, kettle and convection microwave). Adults are welcome to use the kitchen and appliances at their own risk. The kitchen must be left in the same state as it was found.

PRICE: $25.00 per head inc GST (up to 14 guests with a minimum spend of $250) $23.00 per head inc GST (15 - 19 guests) $22.00 per head inc GST (20 ? 25 guests)

BONUS: The birthday girl or boy attends FREE if they are a Kreationz student with a minimum of 15 paying guests The birthday girl or boy attends HALF PRICE if they are a Kreationz student with a minimum of 10 paying guests

NOTE: Sunday parties attract a premium of $2.00 per head

Cake and Party Food/Drinks As part of the package Kreationz will provide chips and cordial. You can choose to supply your own party food, cake and drinks or we can offer you catering options (see below). We have a small fridge, kettle and convection microwave oven for use. You have 30 minutes for food and cake.

Catering Options Kreationz has some great catering options available to take all the hassle out of organising your party ? you won't have to lift a finger! There are three packages to choose from starting at $7.50 per head. Please find the menu at the end of this information package.

Decorations If you have any special requests to either provide decorations or have them supplied for you, please let us know.

OPTION 2: Travelling Party ? we come to you! NOTE: A travelling fee will be charged for parties with a distance more than 10km from our studio

PARTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS During a Kreationz Birthday Party it is a requirement that a parent/guardian of the birthday girl/boy is present in

the party area the whole time from the start of your hire period to the end. The party entertainer is not responsible for the guests or party girl/boy.

Please provide Kreationz with any medical information and dietary requirements regarding a party guest or the birthday girl/boy prior to your party.

Prizes can include lollies and chocolate ? please let us know of any allergies.

During venue parties street shoes are not allowed on the dance floor. Lockers are provided for your convenience.

The children play physical and active games. No liability can be taken for loss or damage of property, or any physical injury caused whilst at a Kreationz Birthday Party. A waiver form will be required to be signed prior to party commencement.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure party date and time. Payment is to be made by direct deposit or credit card (2.2% surcharge applies).

If you choose you may also pay the full amount of the party on the booking date or the outstanding balance is due seven days prior to the party.

Your party guest numbers are to be confirmed seven days before your party for purchasing and organising prizes, catering, decorations and gifts.

Unfortunately, Kreationz cannot offer a refund for guests who do not turn up.

CANCELLATION POLICY: o Cancellations made more than two weeks from your party booking: your deposit will be refunded less a 10% cancellation fee. o Cancellations made less than two weeks from your party booking: your deposit will be refunded less a 50% cancellation fee. o Cancellations made less than seven days prior to your party booking: your deposit is forfeited. o Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled party: the full amount will be forfeited.

As much notice as possible is appreciated to avoid cancellation charges and for your convenience.

We are happy to reschedule for a later date to avoid a cancellation fee.
