at the top with a Camrack Cover. This cover

fits any full size compartment rack height and

when used with a Camdolly, creates a portable

sanitary storage system.

the IceExpress on a 25 compartment Camrack,

grids safely hold and separate plates within

each rack, holding items upright and securely in

place. Eliminates the need to transfer to a dish

caddy, reducing labor and breakage.

Flatware Racks and Cylinders

The peg rack design allows the user to wash

various size plates, bowls, trays, plate covers

and other items. Standard peg racks are

available in a 9 x 9 or a 5 x 9 configuration.

Open end tray racks hold up to nine cafeteria

trays or full-size sheet pans with easy

placement and removal of any length tray.

Use flatware Camracks and baskets to wash,

soak and store flatware. Cylinders fit into

8-compartment half size Camracks and go from

dishwasher to self-serve display. The full size

flatware rack interstacks with all other racks

and fits through any commercial dishwasher.
