This bill affects multiple aspects of Medicare, including the SGR formula, new systems for annual payment rates, extension of the CHIP, and an increase of premiums for Part B and Part D. Learn what you and your clients need to know about these modifications, as well as other changes to Medicare and Medicaid, including recent updates and what to expect in 2016.

A review of the current estate planning environment, with particular emphasis on how the increase in the estate tax exclusion amount and generation-skipping transfer tax exemption in combination with estate tax portability and annual inflation adjustments have dramatically changed the planning landscape. Discussion will include the opportunities for more simplified estate planning structures, need for additional focus on income tax basis planning, and how the changes to the estate tax regime impact well beyond the married couple with combined net worth of less than $10 million.

Cancellations/Transfers made during the Standard Fee time frame are subject to a $50 administration fee. Cancellations/Transfers made within three business days are subject to a $100 administration fee for members; $150 for nonmembers. Cancellations/No shows on the date of the event forfeit the entire registration fee. No refunds or transfers of course fee will be made after the date of the event.
