Investment changes being made to the
JMAC Corporate Services, LLC Profit Sharing and 401(k) Plan
JMAC Corporate Services routinely reviews the investment options offered in your Plan. In keeping with these efforts, we are announcing changes in the Plan’s investment lineup.
If you would like to change your investment percentages or are not currently participating in the plan and wish to enroll*, please visit the participant website at retirementaccess or call 1-800-854-0647 for information or assistance. If you do not wish to enroll at this time, you may disregard this investment change notice.

On January 15th, 2021 you will have access to the new investment option listed below. More investment options provide greater opportunities for diversification and more flexibility to tailor an investment strategy to keep you moving toward your retirement savings goal.
In light of these changes, this may be a good time to review your investments. MassMutual offers retirement planning tools and information to help you make investment decisions and manage your retirement savings. Visit the participant website at retirementaccess to find the information you need.
If you have monies invested in the option that is being discontinued and you do not want to have your account invested in the replacement option, you can transfer your account to one of the Plan’s other investment options before the effective date of the change. To change your investment option for future contributions, or transfer existing balances between investment options log on to the participant website at retirementaccess or call 1-800-854-0647.

Effective January 15th, 2021, a new investment option will be added to the Plan. In addition, an investment option will be discontinued from the Plan. Any money remaining in the discontinued option and any investment selections for contributions designated to the discontinued option on or after January 15th, 2021 will be moved as follows:
