The undersigned owners in the Capitol Hill Homeowners’ Association, Inc. appoint __________________________________________________ as agent and Proxy of the undersigned, to attend the Special Member’s meeting of the membership to be held on April 22, 2007 at the POOL HOUSE 4401 N.W 99th Way at 6:00 p.m. and any adjournment thereof. (Please appoint a homeowner from the community that will attend the meeting to represent you in order to establish a quorum. If this space is left blank, the President of the Association will be appointed as your Proxy.)

This Proxy is for attendance purposes so as to be able to establish a quorum, to vote in favor of or against the adoption of the Amended and Restated Declaration and By-Laws, and for such other lawful business as may be conducted during the Special Member’s Meeting.
